Thermal evaporation

With thermal evaporation, we perform evaporation of various materials in a vacuum which subsequently condense as a layer on the corresponding substrate. All our plants are equipped with high vacuum pumps or oil-sealed vacuum pumps to create a high vacuum. Precise reproducible layer systems can be created by measuring the thickness of a deposited layer directly at an machine.

Our CREAMET® laboratory machines are compact coating devices fixed in a 19-inch electronic cabinet. The CREACONTROL® control device is perfect for controlling these machines.

When using reactive materials, our high vacuum deposition machines are integrated into deposition glovebox systems. In this case, the vacuum chamber may be equipped with an explosion-proof glass lid or a stainless steel chamber.
